We are partnered with large hospital system seeking 2 Pharmacy Technicians to join their team! Position Summary Pharmacy Technician 3 is accountable for assisting pharmacists in the retrieval, processing, preparation and distribution of medications and sterile products for patient administration. These activities include but are not limited to: unit dose medications and IV admixtures, parenteral nutrition, floor stock pharmaceuticals, controlled substances, and other defined systems. Education/Expertise: High School diploma or equivalent required. Good communication skills are essential. Required Credentials, License and/or Certifications: National Pharmacy Technician Certification and Ohio State Board of Pharmacy registration required REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: Requires: 2+ years as a Pharmacy Technician 2, CPhT required. Inpatient hospital experience is required. 1+ year experience compounding drug experience, 1+ year experience of IV experience.
