A permanent opportunity but dedicated to an 18-month program that educates, inspires personal growth, and builds professional confidence to create a Priceless career with Mastercard. Launch will include development opportunities such as:

What you’ll do

There are Launch opportunities in Account Management, and Product and Solutions for 2025. Please highlight if you have a particular preference in your CV, otherwise based on your profile you would be matched to the role seen to best align with your skillset:

Account Management

Responsible from account management of local players (banks, non-financial institutions, FinTech) for managing the relationships with these players, this involves working with cross functional teams through Mastercard to facilitate the sales of additional products and services.

• Assist Account Managers to complete routine business processes

• Create materials for contracts, agreement, pitching/presentation deck under Account Managers’ guidance

• Support Account Managers execute initiatives across multiple business functions

• Support Account Leads on team activity management and performance tracking

• Ensure up-to-date with the market and industry development, contribute ideas to enhance Mastercard competitive edge

• Support internal data research and analysis in weekly and monthly base for key accounts

• Support documentations by preparing for contracts and assisting in processing data for customer review materials

Product and Solutions

• Partners cooperatively in a team environment to support execution of corporate product strategy within assigned regions and segment

• Researches, analyses and interprets regional and local market trends and customer performance to ensure optimal level of operations

• Seeks to learn drivers of product stakeholder priorities/preferences and how to bring new insights to own team.

• Brings the voice of customer back to the product development and implementation team and participates in the product prioritization decision making process

• Delivers proposals to customers on how our product portfolio can improve overall Mastercard value proposition

• Perform project management duties, creating and documenting processes, developing timelines, and beyond.

• Communicate across key stakeholders to implement action plans to support the business.

• Assist with ad hoc requests, participate in special projects as required, and provide cross-functional support as needed.

• Shows eagerness to learn new business knowledge, technologies, tools or systems

What you’ll need

• To be available for start on 3rd of March 2025 or 1st of September 2025.

• Undergraduate or master’s degree with an expected graduation date between Dec 2024-July 2025

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong strategic and conceptual aptitude

• Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects concurrently

• High-energy, can-do attitude, very strong sense of ownership and desire to succeed with commensurate analytical, technical, and strategic skills

• Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively – both verbally and in writing – in English and Turkish

This role is not eligible for Mastercard’s work authorization sponsorship. As such, candidates must be eligible to work in Türkiye, now as well as in the future, without employer sponsorship.
