Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir für den Standort Amberg zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Fertigungsplaner.

Ihr Aufgabengebiet:

• Auswahl passender Produktionsprozesse / Optimierung des Materialflusses

• detaillierte Planung von Material, Kosten und Arbeitsumgebung

• geeignete Konzeption und Organisation von Fertigungshilfsmitteln

• logistische, zeitliche und personelle Planungen

• Planung der Lagerung und des Abtransports der fertigen Erzeugnisse

• Verantwortung für die Einhaltung von Standards bei der automatisierungsgerechten und wirtschaftlichen Produktgestaltung

• Erarbeitung und Bewertung von Fertigungs-/Montagekonzepten sowie Ermittlung der Kennzahlen

• Durchführen von Materialflussanalysen

• Aufbau und Pflege des Wissensmanagements

• Gestaltung von Arbeitsplätzen und Prozessen

• Ermittlung von Rationalisierungspotenzialen

• Überwachung von Lieferterminen

Ihr Profil:

Technischer Betriebswirt, Techniker mit Erfahrung in kaufmännischen Prozessen, Meister oder Facharbeiter mit langjähriger Berufserfahrung in Disposition und Planung

• EDV-Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Standardoffice-Anwendungen, erwünscht SAP Kenntnisse, Solid Works
