As part of a Services organization, Services Project Manager coordinates services project driving customer’s value realization. Implement the project within the defined targeted outcomes, such as financial, schedule, scope and quality, while ensuring customer’s satisfaction. This role is Bayan Lepas, Penang (Malaysia).

Responsibilities:

  • Review customer requirements and project scope

  • Ensure timely delivery.

  • Implement project change management process.

  • Manage and resolve issues with all vital internal and external stakeholders.

  • Support project risk management

  • Perform project quality management and lead compliance to standards, rules and regulations.

  • Manage stakeholder expectations and execute project communication.

  • Actively seek and provide feedback from project team members, managers, and customers.

  • Measure project performance and provide updates regularly for a realistic project forecast.

  • Assist the Program and Resource Manager to set up the project team.

  • Share experiences and support improvement initiatives in the project.

  • Align the project timeline with solution releases and value realization plan.

  • Define and agree to the project roles and responsibilities with the customer.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science or similar technical field.

  • 5 years or more of related experience with some related project management hands-on experience are encouraged to apply

Mandatory Requirements:

  • We are looking for a candidate with good analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Strong verbal/written communication skill and collaboration

  • Knowledge of Project Management Process

Nice to have requirements:

  • We are looking for a candidate with working understanding on SDLC, Agile or other Software Delivery Framework

  • PMP or equivalent Project Management certification is an added advantage

  • Working experience in IT Software Development or Project Management

  • Good understanding of digital manufacturing IT System around ERP, CRM, PLM, MES and other Enterprise Systems
