HUMAN RESOURCE EXECUTIVE
Job Description
- Training and Development:
Develop and conduct training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
Assess training needs and effectiveness through feedback and evaluations.
Maintain training records and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Automation Management:
To automate HR functions like foreign worker management and e-training.
Implement and configure HR automation tools and systems.
Monitor performance and optimize automated processes.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience in training, automation, or a similar role is advantageous. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Familiarity with automation tools is a plus.
