Bay Arenac Behavioral Health Certified Peer Support Specialist – Part-Time in Bay City, Michigan
Certified Peer Support Specialist -- Part-Time Position available to support, mentor and assist people to achieve community inclusion, participation, independence, recovery, resiliency and/or productivity. Assists individuals with severe and persistent mental illness in arranging an array of services. This includes linking, coordinating, monitoring, and advocating. Participates in agency committees addressing recovery-oriented topics and outcome measures.
Qualifications Must have a high school diploma or equivalent and have lived experience receiving mental health treatment from CMH, with the ability to achieve certification in Michigan as a "Certified Peer Support Specialist". Must be able to communicate effectively and have an unrestricted Michigan driver's license, availability of reliable transportation, and valid Michigan no-fault auto insurance.
Rate Pay range of $16.09 -- $19.18 per hour.
