WK Kellogg Co Senior Manager, Consumer Data Strategy in Battle Creek, Michigan

The Senior Manager, Consumer Data Strategy is a critical member of the WK Kellogg Co Growth team who is responsible for the development of first-party data strategy and activation, working closely with the brand marketing, promotions, omni marketing and other cross-functional business partners.

HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Executing best practices & approaches ensuring that WK Kellogg Co’s approach is optimized for key stakeholders as well as c ollaborating with Marketing Technology Strategy and IT to oversee ecosystem, implementation and functionality with consumer data platforms and partners.

  • Designing and implementing advanced consumer data architectures and infrastructures that ensure scalability, reliability, and security of our consumer data ecosystem. And championing the development and enforcement of consumer data governance and quality standards to ensure the integrity and privacy of WK Kellogg Co consumer data assets.

  • Co-Leading the transformation of consumer data technologies, tools and methodologies to deliver a competitive advantage in consumer data strategy.

  • Partnering with IT to define technology roadmaps to deliver business needs and consumer marketing objectives; ensure technology capabilities meet the needs of future marketing efforts to support company initiatives.

  • Partner with Analytics to develop measurement & comprehensive reporting to evaluate effectiveness of program.

  • Manage relationships with CRM agencies/ vendors ensuring contractual and financial obligations are being met and that data is received in appropriate format, in a timely fashion.

  • Support the development of consumer data strategy and activation training materials.

    YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS :

  • Bachelor’s Degree required – concentration in Marketing, Data Analytics, IT or related field preferred.

  • 7+ years of digital and/or relationship marketing, database marketing experience demonstrating a steady career progression with increasing responsibility. CPG marketing experience preferred.

  • Experience working with CRM and Marketing Technology platforms as well as developing a strategic framework and executing CRM programs.

  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders. Proven experience working effectively with cross-functional teams and using influence to meet deliverables. Prioritizes and manages multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Inquisitive thought leader with strong analytical skills, including the ability to infer and apply learnings utilizing strong problem-solving skills, keen attention to detail while acting with urgency.

  • Vendor management with ability to delegate responsibility to partners, provide work direction and ensure quality standards.

  • Outstanding oral/ written communication and business acumen. Ability to connect with multiple personality styles and the ability to influence with and without direct accountability.
