GovCIO Project Manager in Baton Rouge, Louisiana

Overview

GovCIO is currently hiring aProject Managerto support our newly awarded customer contract. This position will be fully remote within the United States.

Responsibilities

Creates integrated project plans for contract deliverables and new products in development projects. Manages a project team comprised of a multidisciplinary staff. Reviews, manages and controls status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with team members and line managers. Generally reports to a Program Manager.

  • Project Operations oversight on tasked OCIO Projects & Daily Operations of combined critical initiatives.

  • Project Management in developing via Agile or Waterfall methodology and delivering OCIO program solutions.

  • Change Management on current processes to improve Core IT Operations and Daily Critical IT Frameworks.

  • Customer assurance supporting Network & Security systems tool access during deployments & live upgrades.

  • Enterprise Optimization, Coordination & Continuity management on improving current, future OCIO processes.

  • Framework development, procedures, Project Analytics controls to identify inefficiencies, redundancies or gaps.

  • Budget evaluations, assessments, IT functions & systems review, methodologies & environment management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's with 2-5 years (or commensurate experience)

Required Skills and Experience

  • 2 years of project management experience

  • Clearance Required: Must have an active HUD Public Trust

Posted Pay Range

The posted pay range, if referenced, reflects the range expected for this position at the commencement of employment, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, education, experience, and internal equity. The total compensation package for this position may also include other compensation elements, to be discussed during the hiring process. If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the GovCIO reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, GovCIO or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

Posted Salary Range

USD $115,000.00 - USD $115,000.00 /Yr.
