Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Portfolio Manager to lead the IT PMO for client, hospital facility in the Four Corners region, in Farmington, New Mexico. As a Portfolio Manager at Oracle Health, you will lead a team responsible for management of projects and programs. Your day-to-day includes managing operational objectives, projects, intake process, governance, facilitating prioritization discussions, management of the roadmap, resource management, risk management, collaborator communications and managing interdependencies. This role is both an exciting and rewarding role that will test your interpersonal and leadership skills, ability to influence others, critical thinking capabilities, and follow-through on the delivery of a technical and operational projects and programs.
You will also support and lead project implementations, implement standard methodologies and develop standards, drive resource management, governance, and prioritization, maintain networks across client business owners to drive initiatives, and provide timely reporting and communication to collaborators. You will identify business risk and develop mitigation strategies, propose success criteria for projects and programs, be accountable for a managing a subset of the portfolio area roadmap, planning activities and results, and advise collaborators on the project management subject area.
You will be responsible for overall program results, setting and driving strategic project methodologies and direction, and ensuring quality of project delivery for all programs. Actively develop innovative approaches and educate others on PMO methodologies and standard process. Build and implement operational processes to drive consistency and support achievement of PMO business strategy. Get along with executive levels both internal and external. Assess and manage business risk in pursuit of overall business and strategic goals. Manage and lead through the management team and individual contributors. Resolve staffing issues for complex situations, projects, and programs. Identifies, leads, or coordinates the development of customer-facing solutions and offerings that have an impact on the client.
The ideal candidate is skilled at influencing and gaining acceptance of others, and is not afraid of conflict or holding others accountable in sensitive situations. Demonstrates strong communication, organizational, analytical, servant leadership, and people management skills. Has a detailed understanding of software implementation projects and related methodologies. This candidate is passionate about technology and health care, is proactive, organized, accountable, focused on action, skilled at developing and completing strategy, and has an open, flexible, and continuous improvement attitude.

Responsibilities
Lead, direct and review the team’s work to achieve operational or functional targets or objectives with significant contribution towards the achievement of immediate and short-term results for the team, department, and organization.
Establish and communicate team or department goals that support and advance team, department and organization objectives; establish metrics or other performance measures to track progress.
Influence diverse collaborator groups and drive acceptance of policies, practices and procedures within broader area of responsibility.
Identify, propose and lead team-and department-level quality and process improvement initiatives; lead or influence critical initiatives at the department-level and provide input on critical initiatives for the organization.
Deliver consistent and timely training, mentorship and feedback to encourage success and promote team growth through regular developmental conversations and identification of developmental opportunities.
Develop and manage roadmaps among cross-functional teams as well as interrelated and independent application and / or infrastructure changes; track and report on program achievements
Drive execution for timely, on-scope delivery, and manage resourcing and budgets for projects and programs
Ensure high standards and consistency for the Oracle customer experience
Recommend process improvements and serve as a customer concern point for all issues and questions associated with a project or program
Ensure that resource requirements needed to support a particular project are in place for all projects
Provide ongoing written and verbal status updates to senior leadership

US: Hiring Range: from $97,400 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
