Fast N Friendly LLC Assistant Manager in Bates City, Missouri

For the Assistant Manager position, there are multiple positions available at several stores: Gardner, KS, Olathe, KS, Overland Park, KS, Shawnee, KS, Grandview, MO, Kansas City, MO, Blue Springs, MO, Raytown, MO, Kirksville, MO Macon, MO, Cameron, MO, Maryville, MO, Nelson, MO, Towanda, KS, Matfield Green, KS, and Emporia, KS The Job duties include: Ensure that all PRIDE systems and routines are incorporated into the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, setting each scheduled shift up for success; react to issues impacting the restaurants profit and loss (PandL) to optimize sales and profit; assist the General Manager with hiring, training, coaching, and developing Shift Leads and Crew Members to build a highly skilled and productive team; create and maintain a positive, safe, clean, and inviting environment for fans and team members; calmly solve fan concerns and embrace the Fast N Friendly service recovery standards; may assist the GM in some assigned aspects of local store marketing activities and projects such as public and community relations programs, evaluating local competitors store marketing, identifying, and tracking changing consumer demands; perform other duties as assigned by management; oversee employees such as line cooks, cashiers, etc. are fully performing duties; responsible for making sure the beverage systems are clean and changed prior to opening the store; entering inventory counts in Data Central on a Daily, Weekly, and monthly basis; taking depositions to the bank and uploading in Dropbox prior to 11:30am each day; tracking and communicating expenses paid out over $20 per shift, recording transactions in Dropbox within 24 hours; counting the safe at the beginning and ending of each shift and reporting variances immediately to Store/District Manager; ensuring deliveries of products are properly rotated and stored immediately; complete a Manager walk through at least three times a day, making corrections to errors in any policies; verifying temperatures on cooking equipment at least twice per shift; and ensuring other equipment is properly cleaned and in good working order; utilizing chat groups to inform Store/District Manager is aware of all maintenance needs in a timely fashion.
