First Admin Group Timekeeping and Payroll Specialist in Batavia, New York
First Admin Group is recruiting on behalf of a local manufacturing company for a Timekeeping and Payroll Specialist. This is a full-time position with a competitive hourly wage, sick time, PTO, medical plan option, and 401k benefits. Responsible for daily time and attendance processing using the Company’s electronic timekeeping and reporting system. Will perform reviews of employee time entries and documentation for compliance with Company policies. Will ensure proper software settings are in place for accruals, schedules, and PTO allowances. Perform employee file and records maintenance, benefit enrollments and related work. Process weekly payroll and prepare reports using ADP’s Workforce Now.Successful candidate will have a strong career interest to remain in the payroll field with a desire to continue building skills and knowledge in Payroll and HR. Will work diligently to take on the full role with confidence and accuracy in the performance of your duties and demonstrate good communication skills.Candidates should have at least a two-year Accounting or Business degree with at least one year of relevant payroll experience. Should also be skilled in MS Excel and Word and be comfortable learning and using other software applications.
