City of Batavia, NY - Director of Human Resources The City of Batavia invites qualified candidates to apply for the position of Director of Human Resources. As the Director of Human Resources, you will lead and administer the City of Batavia's Human Resources Department, overseeing key areas related to the personnel management, contract management, policy administration, wage and salary administration, labor law compliance, and employee relations. Reporting directly to the City Manager, you will also work closely with the City Council, health insurance administrators, workers' compensation administrators, and labor relations specialists from four unions.
