Assist in designing and building the infrastructure required for storing, processing, and analyzing data. Develop and implement ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) pipelines, create, and manage databases and data warehouses, and work with big data technologies such as Hadoop and Spark. Implementation of cloud-specific AWS technologies. Ensure data quality, security, and reliability, as well as optimizing data performance and scalability. Troubleshoot issues with data pipelines.Minimum Requirements: Degree in computer/engineering related field. BS (2YRS) of experience required. Position requires experience in Big Data Technologies (Hadoop & Spark); AWS Technologies (EC2, EMR, S3, IAM); Quality Assurance (QA), ETL pipelines, JUNIT Framework. CI/CD using Jenkins, & Agile in project life cycle.Travel/Relocation to various client locations or Ascendion's offices within the U.S.
