Description
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our clients' team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for helping others, and a strong desire to provide exceptional service to our customers. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
Process orders, returns, and exchanges according to company guidelines.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or associate degree preferred.
Previous experience in customer service or related field is a plus.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant computer applications.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
