With previous account management skills, we are seeking a Service Account Manager who will be responsible for the day-to-day management of several service and installation accounts within the petroleum retail industry.
As the face of the company for your key accounts, your responsibilities will include:
Working closely with our operational and project delivery teams to ensure continuous improvement and delivery for our customers.
through account specific KPI’s / SLA's you will drive contract profitability and identify growth opportunities.
carry out regular customer meetings and account reviews with your clients, in addition to running internal review updates with the internal senior management team
identify, resolve, and manage client issues/concerns from start to finish in a timely manner
Successful candidates will have:
Proven track record in all aspects of account management coupled with the ability to foster and nurture relationships at all levels.
Good communication skills at all levels, verbal and written along with previous experience of presenting.
Ability to grasp and understand our business
Client minded - with strong communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills
A strategic thinker constantly considering impact of internal and external actions on how you manage your account
Good analytic skills, able to review data and use it to provide insights – internally and externally
Exceptional organization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, admin, and clients
