Your new role:

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting and optimizing the development of integrated marketing plans across media, communications channels, PR, influencer marketing, CRM and partnerships primarily for the Company’s home entertainment business (VOD and EST), as well as supporting in all said functions the Company’s video gaming business in Brazil.

Your role accountabilities

  • Prepare briefs of New Release marketing plans, including objectives, strategy, audience definition and positioning, and oversee its implementation by rest of the marketing team.

  • Support Management on the digital media campaigns progress with:

  • Creation of briefs for the agency

  • Agency recommendation review and approval

  • Creation of purchase order

  • Coordinate execution with agency.

  • Results Analysis

  • Control and Adjust marketing budget (PAP) budget control, annual and by title, perform monthly.

  • Prepare/Recommend Digital Rolling Forecasts numbers (monthly) & Prepare/Recommend Budget estimated numbers (yearly)

  • Assist with Events as warranted.

  • Collaborate with all other functional areas in Brazil, as well as teams and functional areas elsewhere in Latin America and the U.S.,

  • Work with internal functional areas and external agencies to create a Data Dashboard with KPIS for both Brazil and Latam

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Experience making data-driven strategic marketing decisions using media funnel tracking, A/B testing and other analytical tools.

  • Experience working with Communication and Media campaigns

Other Nice to Have:

  • Ability to manage various simultaneous projects and meet deadlines.

  • Power Point and Excel advanced skills

  • Marketing experience

  • Previous experience within media, consumer goods, entertainment or digital distribution.

  • Proven experience in marketing, brand management or communication roles, that involves the creation of marketing go-to-market plans.
