Overview:
The Data Analytics Engineer II will be responsible to drive process optimization through the development and implementation of advanced analytics solutions. The Data Analytics Engineer II will also coordinate problem solving processes to identify and prioritize solutions ensuring and measuring business impact. The Data Analytics Engineer II Performs advanced analysis to support projects and diagnostics generating and maintaining KPI´s for tracking productivity, develop dashboards and process maps.
Responsabilities
Understand overall business needs and “Translate” into advanced modelling mechanisms
Turn prototypes and concepts into working dashboards and analytical models
Coordinate problem solving sessions with subject matter experts and data scientists to create and improve analytics models
Drive mindset within the organization
Build dashboards with effective user interfaces
Develop Business Process Mapping
Requirements
Bachelor´s Degree (Supply Chain, Economics, Engineering or Computer Science preferred)
At least 10 years prior experience in procurement or supply chain processes
More thyan 3 years experience as Data Analytics Engineer Operations/Business environment with proven success track record
Excellent analytical and quantitative skills. Experience in working with large datasets (SQL / Snowflake) preferred
Experience in codding (Phyton)
Experience in working with Tableau/PBI (preferred)
Advanced English
2-3 years experience in project management (Waterfall & Agile)
Training / Certifications
Business Translator Advanced
Data Scientist Basic and Advanced
6 sigma Green Belt (Preferred)
