Sysco Accounts Receivable Manager in BARTLETT, Illinois
JOB SUMMARY
Manage cash application process making sure all cash receipts are applied properly and staff is managed.
Responsibilities
Ensure all deposits (customer, driver, will-call, mail, ACH pushes) are applied correctly
Collaborate with Credit Department to correct customer accounts
Manage Employee Accounts and Intra Company accounts of our Sysco affiliates
Manage reconciliations for intercompany, VNC/CNV and cash related recs
Manage document imaging
Oversee ECredits
QUALIFICATIONS
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience
Seven or more years of accounting experience
Experience working with generally accepted accounting principles and accounting software
Professional Skills
Strong personal computer and business solutions software skills
Strong interpersonal skills for interacting accountants, vendors, and upper management
Good planning and organizational skills to balance and prioritize work
