Your Role
This role provides support to Local Finance Manager related to Payroll and P&L Management.
Your Responsibilities
Guarantee correct payment of payroll and booking.
Prepare reports to accounting MVD team.
Optimization the process for payroll.
Training GS Team to use the payroll system in the better way.
Governance: guarantee correct monthly provision and provision balance.
Analysis of the payroll impact on the result and look for opportunities to reduce cost.
Automatization of process.
Support Local Finance in Cost control and price per FTE.
Support Working Capital team with supplier payment.
The schedule we offer: Monday to Friday 7:45am to 4:45pm (Off Saturday and Sunday) 100% on-site
Your Skills and Experiences
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related.
At least one year of experience in Payroll and Finance.
Experience working with ERP Exactus.
Intermediate English level – written and oral.
Advanced Excel.
Process oriented person (six sigma is a plus).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
