Your day at NTT DATA

The Junior Financial Controller is part of the accounting team, consisting of 4 colleagues, and working closely with the other team members with focus on general accounting tasks and audits in a dynamic organization.

What you'll be doing

Key roles and responsibilities:

• Support in preparing, reconciliation and analyses of financial documentation and report in view of statutory audit

• Monitoring of processes outsourced at external parties

• Prepare and process month-end journal entries and all relevant financial reports

• Support with the balance sheet and bank reconciliations.

• Monitor and analyses of expenses and intercompany transactions and journals

• Support with accounts receivable function, including credit notes, opening new accounts, collecting and resolving queries

• Support the accounts payable function to ensure that external and intercompany positions are paid in line with contract

Knowledge, skills and competenciess:

• A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail

• Knowledge of accounting processes and procedures

• Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadline

• Ability to prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

• Ability to interpret processes, policies, financial and legal documents

Academic qualifications and certifications:

• Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Commence or other relevant qualification

Experience required:

• Demonstrated work experience in similar position

• Some experience dealing with internal and external stakeholders

• Demonstrated experience with SAP
