In this role, you will report directly to the Director Business Control and be a key member of the broader CSL Finance team.

No two days are the same. You will be a partner to our Field Operation Functions and a trusted adviser to the CFO and key ADP players. You will look to drive success, find solutions and promote ideas in all aspects of the job. You will develop the KPIs and metrics to track productivity and other operational processes.

To thrive in this position, you need to be able to model a rigorous discipline to solve complex challenges that cross over the applicable domains and be decisive and able to make difficult choices. WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Here's what you can expect on a typical day in the life of a Senior Business Partner at ADP.

● You will lead key financial processes such as operating plans, business reviews and the financial aspects of strategic plans .

● You will develop appropriate financial targets for the business to achieve, engage and influence key business partners to execute on these.

● You will develop and present business cases to support key investment decisions, and partner to implement as appropriate and track execution of key initiatives and metrics and provide progress updates to management and teams.

● You will initiate and lead transformation and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring that change initiatives are effectively implemented.

Master in Finance or MBA is required and fluency in English. To be successful in this role, you'll have 8+ years of experience including people leadership (direct or indirect). Audit in Big4 in combination with experience in a Senior FP&A/ Finance Manager role is strongly preferred.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:

• Influential Business Partner: Seen by business partners as a trusted advisor and is sought out for both Finance and Business expertise; communicates the story behind the numbers and makes a compelling case to a variety of audiences; effectively challenges others' assumptions and redirects thinking; manages conflict and negotiates effectively.

• Information Management/Technology Acumen: Solid desktop skills, specifically strong Microsoft Office skills, advanced Excel skills including the ability to create basic macros; familiarity with Power BI reports creation and Hyperion is preferred. Learns new technology quickly and is adept at using data to create existing reports. Extensive experience in financial modelling, target setting, performance measurement, strategic planning, and business case development.

• Strategy and Planning: Translate the strategy for the organization into understandable and actionable; plans not just for current year but consecutive years, considering future impact; flexible in the face of change.

• Impactful Communication: Communicates in such a way that mobilizes groups behind a compelling vision and sense of purpose; is adept at recognizing the needs of others and adapts communication accordingly; is effective at presenting in small and large group settings.

• Relationship Building: Widely trusted and is known as a team player; has a network internally and externally and actively seeks collaboration across the organization to achieve objectives.

• Outside-In Perspective: Follows trends and initiates action on current and possible trends that affect the business.

• Bias for Growth: Known as someone who will challenge the status quo and advocate for new initiatives; fosters an environment where new thinking is encouraged and rewarded; champions change and has a demonstrated record of making improvements and driving growth.

• Results Accountability: Sets high standards of performance and holds self and other accountable to deliver high quality results; prioritizes and is effective at keeping team focused on priorities under ambiguous circumstances.

• COE Cooperation/Building Talent: builds strong working relations with the COE financial analysts. Makes coaching and professional development a priority; fosters an environment of knowledge sharing. Demonstrates resilience, persistence and curiosity.
