Your key responsibilities
Manage and control the Material Planning operation for one site, supporting planners on escalations and crisis management.
Ensure correct parametrization of materials in the system to enable effective planning routines.
Develop strong partnership with teams on site and with Sourcing team, to enable fast troubleshooting, agile changes to our production plans and superior service level for our customers.
Engage key internal and external stakeholders in regular and efficient communication, to mitigate Raw Material availability risks.
Lead improvement initiatives for internal processes within Planning organization and involving other internal departments.
Train newcomers and support them during the onboarding process.
Develop the team’s competencies to better support the business.

You bring
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Economics or similar discipline.
8+ years of experience in Material Planning, Production Planning or similar roles.
Preferably 2+ years of experience leading Planning teams.
Fluent in English, any other language is a plus.
Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
Ability to work in a fast paced, cross-functional environment.
Strong knowledge of SAP (R3/APO), Kinaxis Rapid Response is a plus.
APICS CPIM or CSCP certified is a plus.
Good Microsoft Office skills.
