As a UPS Field Product Manager , you will be responsible for leading all local marketing operations, activities and initiatives for Data Center Segment and Power Quality Products in Iberia
This is an essential role in the local marketing organization. The Data Center Segment & Power Quality Field Product Manager is to cooperate actively with relevant local sales teams and the European and local marketing team to agree on business strategies to drive profitable growth. He/She will manage his/her product line (Phase in / out), define the go to market, segment and products marketing tactics, target audiences, develop and execute marketing plans to support the agreed short and long-term business targets.
What you’ll do:
Contribute actively to creation of local business strategies & tactics for the supported segments in cooperation with local sales organizations
Being the link between local market/sales organization and EMEA Product marketing
Define and deploy the local marketing tactics supporting the defined business strategy,
Set up SMART objectives, build and execute a comprehensive marketing plan for target audiences
Track the results of segment specific marketing activities, and ensure high ROI Support VOC for program and products
Qualifications:
Minimum B.S. or B.A. degree in engineering, marketing, communications, business or related fields
Fluent in Spanish and English
Marketing experience in an industrial environment, ideally experience in Data Centre, IT or Electrical market.
Experience in ,product line management, demand generation campaigns, digital marketing
Skills:
Proven track record in creative project planning, project management and working under Time management
Strong communication verbal and written skills
Creative approach to problem solving understanding customer needs
