Copper Country Mental Health Client Services/Behavioral Health Manager in Baraga, Michigan
Copper County Community Mental Health is hiring a full-time Client Services/Behavioral Health Manager *to join their team in the *Baraga, Michigan area. This position provides services to people with severe mental illness and/or intellectual/developmental disabilities, some with co-occurring substance use disorders.
WHAT WE OFFER.
- $45,677 -- $59,928 annual starting salary based on licensure and experience.
- *PLUS *$5,000 sign-on bonus.

- Full-time Monday -- Friday position generally working 8am -- 5pm.
WHAT YOU WILL DO.
- Provide Supportive Services. Help individuals with severe mental illness, intellectual/developmental disabilities, and co-occurring substance use disorders.
- Conduct Assessments. Evaluate needs and conditions to better understand each person's situation.
- Create Individual Service Plans. Develop personalized plans using a person-centered approach to meet each person's unique needs.
- Monitor and Evaluate. Regularly check progress and performance to ensure that service plans are effective.
- Maintain Confidential Records. Keep all information secure and private, adhering to confidentiality standards.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR.
- Degree and licensure in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling preferred, however, other Human Service or Nursing degrees will be considered.
- 1 year experience working with those with intellectual/developmental disabilities and/or mental illness is preferred.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Ability to work in Baraga County, Michigan and travel to surrounding counties as needed.
- Able to pass a criminal background check.
