As a Front Desk Supervisor, you'll be the cornerstone of our guest services, ensuring a smooth and memorable experience for every visitor. Reporting to the Front Desk Manager, you'll assist to lead the front desk team, manage daily operations, and engage with guests from check-in to check-out, making each interaction exceptional.

You're not just overseeing the front desk; you're the friendly face that guests rely on for their needs, resolving issues with professionalism and ensuring high standards of service. Your role is crucial in creating a welcoming atmosphere and maintaining guest satisfaction.

You will be working your magic on a full-time seasonal basis, in our front office, located in Bar Harbor, Maine. Your schedule will include weekdays, weekends, and holidays. The hours that would be required are 3 p.m. - 11 p.m.. The starting wage is $21 per hour.

Essential Duties

  • Lead the front desk team to deliver exceptional service.

  • Manage daily front desk operations and ensure smooth check-in/check-out processes.

  • Resolve guest issues promptly and professionally.

  • Train and mentor front desk staff, fostering a positive work environment.

  • Maintain accurate records and manage reservations efficiently.

  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite for documentation and communication.

  • Provide a stellar customer service experience.

  • Perform special projects and other related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

  • Prior supervisory experience in hospitality or customer service preferred. We will train the right candidate.
