Administrative Assistant
Job Description
Answers and transfers phone calls
Manages schedules, arranges appointments and itineraries
Coordinates meetings, travel, conference calls, and completes expense reports
Creates and edits documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
Prepares reports, meeting minutes, and correspondence
The candidate will perform administrative duties for an individual, group, or department. They will handle complex tasks and complete assignments with little or no assistance. The role involves working under limited supervision with latitude for independent judgment. The candidate may make contacts of a sensitive, complex, and confidential nature.
They will primarily work on a data entry project, scanning and uploading information/documents in preparation for a site visit.

Contract length: 12 weeks, with the possibility of applying for a full-time position.
Schedule: 8am-4:30pm (semi-flexible as long as present for core business hours), could do 7am-3:30pm if using the bus from Bangor.
Location: 100% onsite in Bar Harbor.
