The starting rate for this position is: $31.84/hr

JOB SUMMARY
Utilizes skills to perform professional duties to apply x-ray modalities for the screening and diagnosis of breast disease as well as dual photon x-ray
absorptiometry (DXA) bone mineral density imaging while being responsive and attentive to the individual needs of each patient.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education:
Two-year college (Associate’s Degree) Licensure: A.R.R.T certified in radiography & State of Maine in radiologic technology Certification: Advanced certification mammography and preferred bone densitometry A.R.R.T Registrations: A.R.R.T radiography, mammography, and preferred bone density Experience:
1-3 years of experience
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supports and promotes the values and mission of the organization. Courteous interaction with all customers and co-workers. Knowledgeable and proficient in current breast imaging techniques. Knowledgeable and proficient in current bone mineral density imaging and patient education. Collaborates with front end and radiologist staff to ensure a caring and compassionate experience for all patients.
