TheAccounts Payable Clerkjob inBangor, Maineis responsible for data entry, and putting invoices into an accounting system. Youll have a solid understanding of how to perform reconciliation of vendor and credit card statements, while maintaining files accurately. This is a part time position.
Accounts Payable Clerk Qualifications:
High School Graduate or equivalent
Payment processing experience
10 key proficiency
Comfortable using MS Office and Excel
Should be familiar with accounts payable functions and reconciliation
Ability to communicate effectively written and verbal
Willingness to adhere to smart casual dress code
Positive attitude in the workplace
Strong attention to detail
Required Skills:
1+ years payment processing experience including accounts payable
1+ years of customer service experience
1+ years office experience
Accounts Payable Clerk Details:
Schedule: Monday/Wednesday/Friday 20 hours/week
Pay Rate: \$20/hr
Start Date: ASAP
