Sales, Marketing and Global Services (SMGS)
AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector. The AWS Global Support team interacts with leading companies and believes that world-class support is critical to customer success. AWS Support also partners with a global list of customers that are building mission-critical applications on top of AWS services.

Key job responsibilities
Lead and own the technical engagements
Provide well architected recommendations to customers in their cloud journey
Show value through technical proof-of-concepts, white boarding sessions, and workshops that address customer requirements
Work with the other AWS teams to deliver the right solutions to customers
Contribute to the Solutions Architecture team by providing constant feedback from our customers

Basic Qualifications
3+ years of combined experience across multiple technology domains
Deep knowledge in at least one of the following technology domains: Infrastructure, Security, Networking, Database, Data Analytics, AI/ML, Code Development
Customer facing and presentation skills
Passionate about learning and teaching new thing
AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate
Preferred Qualifications
AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional
At least 2 AWS or other technical cloud certifications
Understanding of the sales process or have done pre-sales work or similar
