A DAY IN THE LIFE…
The role of the Market Security Manager (MSM) will be a management synergy model whereby he/she will assist Market/Cluster/s Management in a management approach including Globally Managed businesses(GMBs) in providing functional leadership on Security matters and coordinates the implementation of the Group Security Program within the Market. Moreover, provide staff with a secure working environment as well as safeguarding their operations from external security threats and internally from malpractices.
In addition he/she will assist local management and Group Anti- counterfeit (ACF) in Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) focusing on counterfeit related investigations management as part of a Co-working group ( Legal & Security).
He/She will work with the Regional Security Advisor(RSA) and Group Security Manager (GSM) to ensure the implementation of Nestlé Group Security (NGS) strategy & Security tactical targets , as well as achieving annual Group and Zone security objectives ( Security Annual Goals) within his/her Market/Cluster/s .
Responsible for implementing the Nestle Group Security(NGS) Annual Objectives, Operational and Organizational Requirements Standards.
Responsible for the introduction and maintenance of security Guidelines, Standards & best practices throughout the Market/Cluster/s as defined within the Group Security Strategy. Priority will be given to the protection of Nestlé's employees, Nestlé's reputation, Nestlé's brands and products, and Nestlé's property and assets.
ARE YOU FIT?
Minimum 7-10 years in a responsible position within a law enforcement, security / intelligence, military and/or corporate security department.
Experience in UN is preferable.
CSMP(Certified Security Management Professional), CPP(Cerified Protection Professional) or other certificates is preferable.
Experience in Investigation, Physical security & Assets protection
Experience in Security Risk Management methodologies
Experience in international / multinational work environment is preferable
