Kuehne+Nagel Air Logistics National Operational Key Account Manager in Bangkok, Thailand

Your Role
Your primary objective will be to drive customer operational excellence by ensuring all agreed processes are followed by Customer Care (CCL) teams and customer expectations are well understood before commencing operations.
Your Responsibilities
To participate in customer implementation and on-boarding processes ensuring a full understanding ofcustomer expectations and agreed processes; aligning service flexibility with process compliance.
To act as the bridge between the CCL team and customer to fulfill customer requirements while representingour interests.
To participate in setting up standard operating procedures (SOP), key reporting structures and customerdeliverables to ensure service delivery monitoring and identification of improvement areas.
To organize and lead customer reviews, strategically seeking management participation where needed.
To keep track of follow up closure of any claims or incident reports.
To identify and share opportunities with the development team to grow customer business, facilitating a higherreturn on investment (ROI) from existing customers.
Your Skills and Experiences
Over 10 years experience in Air Logistics area (Operations, Business development etc.)
Over 2 years experience as Air Logistics Operational Key Account Manager
Good command of English
Excellent communication skills
Problem solving skills
Commercial mindset
