Role: TA Operations Specialist

Summary : TA operations specialist in shared services team will be responsible for delivering efficient & high-quality HR Services across the organisation. This role focus on supporting TA operations, off boarding & Absence management for Europe region.

Key Responsibilities : -

  • 2 - 4 years of experience in TA Operations/HR Operations.

  • Support Talent Acquisition Operations from Interview scheduling’s to Onboarding.

  • Collaborate with recruiter & Hiring Managers, Candidate to schedule an interview.

  • Preparation of offer letter & employment contract.

  • Maintain New hire Onboarding documents.

  • Knowledge on Absence Management-Update & track employee leave request like joiners/Leavers leave balance & Sick leaves/Other absences.

  • Knowledge on Off boarding process.

  • Actively participate in designing and implementing standard operating processes to maximize shared services effectiveness and outcomes.

  • Work closely with Talent acquisition team, HR operations & HR partners to support the service delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in a related field.

Shift : Floating shift (1 PM to 10 PM) but should be flexible to work in Early morning shift (6.30 AM to 3.30 PM).
