Role: TA Operations Specialist
Summary : TA operations specialist in shared services team will be responsible for delivering efficient & high-quality HR Services across the organisation. This role focus on supporting TA operations, off boarding & Absence management for Europe region.
Key Responsibilities : -
2 - 4 years of experience in TA Operations/HR Operations.
Support Talent Acquisition Operations from Interview scheduling’s to Onboarding.
Collaborate with recruiter & Hiring Managers, Candidate to schedule an interview.
Preparation of offer letter & employment contract.
Maintain New hire Onboarding documents.
Knowledge on Absence Management-Update & track employee leave request like joiners/Leavers leave balance & Sick leaves/Other absences.
Knowledge on Off boarding process.
Actively participate in designing and implementing standard operating processes to maximize shared services effectiveness and outcomes.
Work closely with Talent acquisition team, HR operations & HR partners to support the service delivery.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in a related field.
Shift : Floating shift (1 PM to 10 PM) but should be flexible to work in Early morning shift (6.30 AM to 3.30 PM).
