Job Track Description:
Accounts Payable Expertise: Minimum 6 to 8 Years of an experience and In-depth knowledge of the accounts payable process within the BPO industry.
Service Desk Experience: Preferable experience working in an accounts payable service desk.
SAP Proficiency: Extensive experience with SAP.
Team Leadership: Strong team handling skills, with the ability to manage and guide a small team.
Client Management: Proven experience in managing client relationships effectively.
Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reporting abilities.
Process Documentation: Experience in preparing process documentation.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
MS Office Proficiency: High proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Process Improvement: Experience in process improvement, innovation, and transformation initiatives.
Quality Initiatives: Ability to identify and drive quality initiatives.
Shift Flexibility: Willingness to work in all shifts as required.
