Roadmap Development & Execution: Define and own the roadmap for third-party integrations that drive GenAI-powered search experiences. Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
Technical Leadership: Develop product requirements and lead technical discussions with Engineering teams to ensure integrations are technically sound, scalable, and meet customer needs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Engineering, Design, and QE to develop and execute product plans. Lead technical discussions to ensure integrations are feasible and aligned with platform goals.
Customer Adoption & Product Growth: Track and measure customer adoption, identifying opportunities for enhancement and product growth based on feedback and usage metrics.
Strategic Leadership: Take ownership of key platform integrations for external systems, ensuring these integrations power seamless, high-quality AI-driven conversational search experiences.
Market & Trend Monitoring: Continuously monitor market trends and customer demands to identify new opportunities for integrations and platform features that enhance the product’s value and competitiveness.
To be successful in this role you have:
Experience: 8+ years in product management, with a proven track record of developing and launching enterprise-level products.
Enterprise Integrations: Deep understanding and experience owning enterprise integrations .
Generative AI & Search: Strong understanding of Generative AI , Search , and how they are applied in conversational experiences.
Roadmap Management: Ability to develop and manage product roadmaps , prioritize features, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Technical Acumen: Technical background with the ability to lead engineering-focused conversations and ensure product solutions are feasible and scalable.
Customer Insights: Demonstrated affinity towards tracking customer usage and using insights to guide product decisions.
Collaboration: Close collaboration with Engineering , Design , and QE to drive product success.
Preferred Qualifications:
ServiceNow Platform: Prior experience working within the ServiceNow platform .
Software Development : Prior experience as a software engineer is preferred but not required.
Search Technologies: Familiarity with search technologies .
GenAI & Machine Learning: Prior experience in developing Generative AI-driven customer experiences and machine learning solutions.
Collaborative Culture: Experience influencing and creating a collaborative culture with Engineers, UX designers, and Marketing stakeholders to solve core customer needs.
