The pandemic has highlighted how important telecoms networks are to society. Nokia’s Network Infrastructure group is at the heart of a revolution to bring more and faster network capacity to people worldwide through our ambition, innovation, and technical expertise.
Essential Skills for the role
Experience in testing and automation for Carrier and Data Center products:
L2 VPNs - VLL & VPLS, L3 BGP VPNs, EVPNs
OSPF, ISIS, BGP, IPv6,
VxLAN, RSVP-TE, LDP, PCEP,
PIM, IGMP
QoS - Shaping, Policing, Schedulers
NFV, SDN, Virtualized Switching products (KVM/QEMU, Dockers, Kubernetes)
SNMP/REST, NETCONF/YANG
Automation experience in at least one of Python, TCL, Perl
Familiarity with networking test tools (IXIA, Spirent, IPerf, Wireshark, etc)
Proven aptitude for methodical problem solving, good communication skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to work well in a close-knit team.
Qualifications -
Bachelors in Engineering or higher.
