SAP Senior Technical Project Manager - Cloud DevOps(8-14yrs) in Bangalore, India

What you'll do

  • Define and implement the software delivery strategy, processes, and standards for the software development team.

  • Define and manage product scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in alignment with business goals.

  • Establish and monitor the software development schedule, milestones, and deliverables, and ensure adherence to the quality standards and best practices

  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

  • Ensure efficient backlog grooming and refinement processes, collaborating with Product Owners to prioritize user stories and epics.

  • Ensure the software products and services meet the business requirements and expectations, and comply with the regulatory and security standards.

  • Good understanding of big public cloud infrastructure services or good knowledge and experience with DC infrastructure technologies

  • Monitor team velocity and support continuous improvement practices.

  • Act as the main point of contact between technical teams and stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations.

  • Collaborate with architects and developers to ensure technical solutions align with project goals

What you bring

  • At least 8 years of experience in software development and with at least 4 years of experience in software delivery management

  • Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development.

  • Proven experience working with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).

  • Strong knowledge and skills in software development tools, technologies, and frameworks

  • Hands-on experience with backlog refinement, user story creation, and prioritization.

  • Familiarity with Source Code management tools, CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes.

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders

We support 4000 customers and continue to expand massively. Our team is developing a product for backup solution which is used to protect the systems running in public clouds using different technologies. We closely collaborate and jointly help our colleagues in presales, technical teams as well as in delivery.
