Your Role and Responsibilities
- As a Design and architect AI platforms you will define the product/solution architecture, and describe how elements of the technologies interoperate in the solution/product architecture. You will be responsible for defining the product requirements and collaborate with the product team as well influence the solution roadmap in line with business unit strategy. You must have analytical ability and creativity in anticipating trends, knowledge of leading-edge products/technology and industry in order to effectively participate on business unit and IBM Architectural Boards. You also need to keep the development community up-to-date about standards bodies on the usage of low-code tooling and watsonx.orchestrate technology that will be employed to create IBM's solutions and influence products.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Watson / AI, software development, platform architecture.
Designing, implementing, and maintaining secure and stable AI solutions using leading AI technology frameworks. Aligning AI use cases with business strategies and key performance indicators and other metrics. Working closely with programmers and using relevant APIs to build new applications to run on AI platforms

Architecting and deploying scalable AI solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing business and IT infrastructure
Leading cross-disciplinary teams to develop AI applications that meet strategic business objectives
Ensuring AI solutions comply with ethical standards and industry regulations

About Business UnitThe IBM CIO Technology Platform Transformation team plays a crucial role in modernizing and optimizing IBM's technology infrastructure and platforms. The team aims to power AI-enabled experiences through AI-first technology platforms that enable and streamline existing processes, enhance security, and improve user experience by leveraging cutting-edge technologies such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, and cloud computing.
Some of the key responsibilities of this group include:
Driving the adoption of emerging technologies to optimize and automate various business functions, keeping an AI-first approach with a digital experience.
Enable best in class IT with enhanced cybersecurity measures to protect sensitive information and maintain regulatory compliance.
Modernizing legacy systems and integrating disparate applications to improve interoperability and reduce technical debt.
Collaborating with other departments and teams to align technology efforts with broader corporate objectives.
Providing guidance and expertise on technology trends, best practices, and standards.
