In this role, you’ll help us lead a team that will design, develop, implement, test, deploy, and operate the features and functionality that power Pega CDH. What You'll Do at Pega:
Technical Leadership:
Provide technical direction and architectural oversight for Customer Decision Hub applications
Drive best practices in software development, encouraging collaboration and knowledge sharing
Team Management:
Lead and mentor a team of skilled developers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
Set clear goals and expectations for team members, conducting regular 1:1 coaching sessions
Develop and execute growth plans for each team member, ensuring their professional development
Quickly address performance issues and collaborate with leadership to resolve challenges
Product Development:
Ensure high-quality deliverables that meet both technical standards and business requirements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product development with business objectives
Stakeholder Management:
Communicate effectively with business teams, providing thought leadership and technical insights
Collaborate with product owners and business analysts to translate requirements into technical solutions
Present progress, challenges, and solutions to senior management
Who You Are:
You are an effective communicator and collaborator. You are a team lead/manager who has experience in software development technologies and is passionate about exploring and applying this to help solve real business problems. This person will be working closely with product management to translate the requirements into application features, helping own up the technical and architectural design of solutions, defining the quality and gating criteria of features while taking complete responsibility of the deliverables from the team.
What You've Accomplished:
Over 10-15 years of experience in software development, with a strong background in enterprise-level, model-driven solutions. Consistently delivered high-quality solutions that align with client expectations and non-functional requirements (NFRs).
Successfully managed high-stakes client escalations, analyzing issues in real-time to ensure minimal impact on sprint deliverables.
Demonstrated expertise in task prioritization and strategic assignment of responsibilities during escalations.
Experienced in managing and leading high-performing teams, fostering a collaborative and motivated work environment.
As a Pega Certified Lead System Architect (PCLSA) / Pega Certified Senior System Architect (PCSSA), leveraged advanced Pega skills to architect and implement scalable, model-driven business solutions that support complex business objectives.
Deep knowledge and hands-on experience in Pega Center-out business architecture, DX API, and advanced design/implementation, with a focus on complex use cases and efficient development practices.
Proven track record of working in an agile/scrum environment, contributing to iterative development, cross-functional collaboration, and adaptable delivery timelines.
