Your Career

We’re looking for a senior communicator to lead product executive, internal, and site communications supporting our India site leadership and strategy. This self-driven communications lead will act as the principal communications advisor to the executive leadership team in India, and partner closely with HR people partners, regional communications and recruiting teams.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for executive communications for the Product SVP and General Manager of our India offices, internal communications for a large R&D organization, and external engagements with community partners including universities and local trade associations. This includes creating internal and external communications strategies, internal employee engagement program plans, and supporting external partner outreach for a variety of mediums. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, thrive in ambiguity, support an organization that is constantly innovating, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.

You are passionate about technology and innovation and the people behind them. You enjoy turning complex and technical products and features into compelling (and understandable!) stories to engage a variety of audiences, both internally and externally. You are excited about managing projects that help connect employees, customers and the larger community to exciting cybersecurity innovations and engineering excellence being led by our teams in India. As part of the Global Communications team, you’ll be a key point of contact for our India site, ensuring the right narratives are told across multiple channels.

Your Impact

  • Serve as the principal communications advisor to the SVP, Product and General Manager of our country presence in India

  • Establish and execute executive and internal communications plans and narratives that engage multiple audiences (employees, customers, partners and beyond), and connect them to the company strategy and product vision

  • Ensure organizational initiatives, changes and projects are successfully communicated to employees and stakeholders - Ensure messages are consistent across all media and departments of the organization

  • Plan, edit, and develop content for a variety of channels and audiences -Internal events, the intranet, Slack, newsletters

  • Externally-facing blogs, customer presentations, keynotes, social media posts Partner-facing emails, newsletters, events

  • Plan and execute on internal and external engagement programs that highlight our country-level innovations and engineering excellence, establish our company as a great place to work, and showcase our investment in the community through partnerships with trade organizations and universities

  • Manage executive’s external presence, in conjunction with the JAPAC PR and social teams, including social media strategy and media and analyst engagements

  • Establish ongoing metrics - measure everything to ensure success, and pivot early and often

  • Collaboration with cross functional teams across our India sites as well as communications counterparts in APAC and the US - Develop tools, templates and best practices to scale communications efforts across India sites

Your Experience

  • 8 plus years communications experience, in cybersecurity preferred - internal and executive communications background is essential - project management experience is a plus

  • Highly organized and self-motivated individual who will oversee timely, first-rate execution

  • Excellent english written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey business strategies and complex technologies to audiences in compelling ways; Kannada language understanding a plus

  • Strong team player and creative thinker

  • Ability to build strong relationships with senior leaders

  • Ability to work under pressure to adhere to tight, last-minute deadlines

  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, drive clarity
