How you’ll spend your day
Develop training strategy for Teva India team including full time employees, contractors, and vendors
Develop and document Compliance & Integrity training processes
Gather compliance training program requirements quarterly, and as needed prepare and deliver bespoke training
Lead the design & development of instructor-led Compliance training
Work closely with the compliance team to own the testing of Compliance procedures
Develop new ways of communication reminders of integrity and compliance messages
Maintain training completion reports
Deliver new hire training (ongoing)
Develop Compliance communications strategy
Collaborate with India and Global Communications to execute communications strategy
Find innovative strategies for communications content
Support all India leaders for day-to-day queries messages
Regularly work with India leaders to build and validate staff required to be trained
Build and deliver new hire trainings
Track and report training completion
Support Internal Audit teams
Maintain accurate records, document storage systems and disposal as per policies including setting up systems and determining appropriate document formats
Your experience and qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience with, or exposure to training in business functions such as Compliance or Audit
Any Forensic degree in Auditing or accounting preferred
Work experience in a manufacturing set-up preferred
Ability to work independently and professionally
Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive areas
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
