Overview:
In this role the Senior Lead Engineer – will actively participate in New Product Development and design related activities with respect to testing.
Position: Senior Lead Engineer (P3)
Primary Responsibilities
This requires 6-9 years of Avionics experience with 2-3 years FMS (Flight Management System) domain experience.
SW Development, High-level and Low-level verification (DO178B/C).
Good Analytical and Debugging skills.
Experience on programming languages C/C++/Ada95.
Navigate the teams through self-organization activities, filling in the intentional gaps left in the Agile/Scrum frameworks.
Assist with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and circulating information.
Guide the team through removing impediments by finding the right personnel or solution to accomplish established team goals.
Python/scripting language experience is an added advantage.
Basic Qualifications:
Education: BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech Computer Science/ECE/Avionics/Aeronautical,
Minimum 6-9 years of relevant experience in software development industry, of which at least 2-3 years of FMS (Flight Management System) domain experience.
Any Agile or Scrum Master Certification will be an added advantage.
Good skills and knowledge of situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.
Experience with custom software development.
Knowledge of other agile approaches.
Experience in waterfall Project Management and migrating from waterfall to scrum.
Master’s degree in a similar domain would be a plus.
