What you'll do

SAP Best Practices HCM team is looking for a Development Expert - Human Capital Management (HCM), to strengthen our packaging of business configuration for SuccessFactors Employee Central Integration with ERP HCM and/or H4S4. You will be responsible to work with our customers, partners and SAP Professional Services to provide out-of-the-box localized business configuration to facilitate a smooth transition of our on-premise customers to SuccessFactors Employee Central.

What you will do:

  • Understand business requirements of our on-premise HCM customers in area of Personnel Administration and Time Management

  • Translate localization or country-specific business requirements to standardized business configuration

  • Use Business Integration Builder (BIB) to create such a standard business configuration for our customers to migrate/replicate their personnel data to Employee Central and vice-versa

  • Identify means by which our customers and implementation partners can quickly adapt and apply the Best Practice business configuration for accelerating their cloud transformation.

  • Provide standard implementation of business logic in ABAP within Business Add-Ins (BADIs) to adhere to localized requirements or wherever applicable

What you bring

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Technology (or similar area) would be preferred

  • 8 years of professional experience

  • Working experience in SAP ERP HCM - Knowledge of Personnel Administration (PA), Organization Management (OM), Time Management and standard integrations,preferably in a global setup

  • Coding experience in ABAP development environment is essential, including Business Add-ins (BADIs) implementations

  • Knowledge of Integration with SuccessFactors Employee Central would be a plus

  • Effective Communication and Collaboration skills in a global team setup
