Vontier Scrum Master & Business Analyst (Data & Analytics) in Bangalore, India

INTRODUCTION

We are seeking a technically passionate Scrum Master & Business Analyst with extensive experience in strategic IT roadmap development and tactical initiatives aligned with global strategies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in ERP implementations, support, enhancements, upgrades, rollouts, and strategy & assessment projects across platforms such as Oracle EBS, Oracle Cloud Applications, and Salesforce CRM. This role requires an individual with a strong background in digital transformation, adept at technology management, project scoping, risk management, and driving enterprise system performance to new heights.

WHAT YOU WILL DO (JOB RESPONSIBLITIES)

• Employ Agile values, principles, and practices to deliver solutions.

• Gathering requirements and understanding the business needs

• Train, mentor, and support teams to adopt Agile methodologies.

• Manage tasks, issues, risks, and action items.

• Facilitate scrum events, meetings, and decision-making processes.

• Monitor progress, performance, and drive continuous improvement.

• Ensure collaborative processes and remove impediments for the team.

• Track project processes, deliverables, and financials.

• Prepare and present status reports to stakeholders.

• Coordinating across multiple value streams and supporting the Agile Release Train and a Release Train Engineer

• Work across time zones including partnering with North America based teams

• 10 + years of scrum master / agile experience

• 5+ years data analytics experience

• 8+ years project management experience

• Experience working with JIRA

• Certified SAFe 5 Agilist from Scaled Agile

• Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO)

• Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM)

• BPM - Bullet Proof Manager Program

• Able to collaborate and communicate cross-functionally within the organization

• Bachelor’s degree in production engineering or information technology preferred
