Job Summary:

The Supply Chain BI & Procurement Controlling Analytics Manager is responsible for developing and managing business intelligence solutions that provide actionable insights for the supply chain and procurement functions. This role involves analyzing data to optimize procurement processes, improve supplier performance, and drive cost efficiencies across the supply chain. The manager will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure alignment of analytics initiatives with business goals.

You’ll make a difference by:

  1. Develop and maintain data models, databases, and dashboards to support supply chain and procurement analytics.

  2. Perform complex data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in procurement and supply chain processes.

  3. Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing robust data governance practices.

  1. Design and implement BI solutions to provide insights into supply chain performance, procurement activities, and financial metrics.

  2. Develop and manage KPIs, metrics, and reporting tools that facilitate data-driven decision-making.

  3. Create automated reports and dashboards for real-time monitoring of supply chain and procurement activities.

  1. Analyze procurement spend and cost-saving initiatives to ensure alignment with financial targets.

  2. Conduct supplier performance analysis and risk assessments to support strategic sourcing decisions.

  3. Monitor compliance with procurement policies and identify opportunities for process improvements.

  1. Work closely with supply chain, procurement, finance, and IT teams to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights.

  2. Communicate findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders through presentations and reports.

  3. Lead and participate in cross-functional projects to drive supply chain and procurement efficiency.

  1. Utilize advanced analytics tools and technologies (e.g.,Qlik, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Python) to enhance data analysis capabilities.

  2. Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve analytics processes and tools.

Your success is grounded in:

· Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Data Science, or related field. A master’s degree is a plus.

· Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain analytics, procurement controlling, or business intelligence with overall experience of 10+ years

· Proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), SQL, Excel, and data modeling. Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and advanced analytics tools (e.g., Python, R) is highly desirable.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.

· Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

· High level of attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and reporting.

· Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and influence stakeholders across different functions.
