BlackBox Inside Sales Representative - TPS APAC in Bangalore, India

Position Summary:

The TPS Inside Sales Representative (ISR) drives revenue growth by identifying and nurturing new business opportunities. This individual will turn Marketing Qualified Leads into Sales Qualified Leads, build relationships with potential clients, and collaborate with the sales team to close deals. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a passion for technology and a strong communication ability.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Proactively convert MQLs from tradeshows, web visits, and campaigns into SQLs.

  • Cold Calling: Generate SQLs via cold calling approach with lists supplied by Marketing or via individual research.

  • Industry Influencer: Identify prospects through various channels, including online research, industry events, and networking.

  • Prospecting: Reach out to prospects via phone, email, and social media to introduce TPS products.

  • Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations.

  • Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to transition qualified leads and provide Marketing feedback.

  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead generation activities and interactions in Salesforce.

  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.

  • Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead conversion targets.

    Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role, preferably within the technology or manufacturing industry.

  • Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to effectively present and communicate complex technical information.

  • Proficient in Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and other sales tools.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

  • Knowledge: Understanding of technology and manufacturing processes is a plus.
