Job Description:

The Identity Analyst is our front-line defence ensuring that our systems and processes are running optimally. He/she performs administration and configuration of key Identity Security systems, is the first to receive and triage incidents and request and is key to providing reporting and metrics, testing, and support. He/she supports, configures, and maintains our toolsets through standard work, monitoring, and ticket resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform health monitoring of IAM systems and resolve issues.

  • Facilitate resolution of data issues and act as liaison between stakeholders.

  • Triage and resolve incoming incidents in strict adherence to established SLAs.

  • Act as first-level administrator in various identity tools (Azure AD, Azure B2C, SailPoint, Delinea).

  • Configure SSO connections using SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect or other authentication factors.

  • Administer and maintain the SailPoint Identity Now platform, including user provisioning, access certifications, role management, and integration with other systems.

  • Monitor and troubleshoot SailPoint Identity Now environment to identify and resolve issues related to user access, permissions, and provisioning.

  • Develop PowerShell scripts to Manage identity and access management systems. Ensure scripts adhere to security policies and access control requirements.

  • Maintain metrics and routinely provide updates to stakeholders.

  • Create technical and user documentation such as Standard Work, How-to Guides. - Conduct knowledge transfer to colleagues and internal team to promote resiliency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information security, or a related field.

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in information security, with a focus on identity and access management.

  • Strong understanding of identity and access management principles, practices, and technologies.

  • Experience with identity and access management solutions such as Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, LDAP, SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve security issues.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
