POSITION SUMMARY:

Provide human resources consulting in the areas of performance management, salary planning, recruiting, onboarding, and other areas requiring human resources expertise. Work collaboratively toward improved business results and high levels of employee engagement. Represent associate, management and company interests in effectively resolving issues and maintaining or enhancing productivity. Educate and advise managers in appropriate issues resolution; ensure compliance to local laws.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:

  • Onboarding: Manage the onboarding process as per PVH standards. Keep managers educated on their responsibilities

  • Payroll: Provide support in the payroll process ensuring all relevant documentation is shared with HK team & appropriately filed locally

  • Communication: Communicate, implement, interpret HR policies and practices to ensure fair and consistent administration. Respond to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, programs.

  • Benefit Program: Support benefit and insurance administration. Identify opportunities to create market relevant progressive enhancements to programs

  • Performance Management: Support the performance management process by educating managers on the milestones & steps involved.

  • Exit Process: Manage the exit process per PVH standards, conduct exit interview and ensure a smooth exit formalities for outgoing associate

  • Training: Support training and development initiatives and co-ordinate training activities

  • Compliance: Ensure PVH is compliant to all locally relevant laws & globally consistent practices

  • Other duties as delegated by the Supervisor

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience & Education:

  • 3 - 5 years previous experience in a human resources generalist role

  • A Bachelor’s degree in business, HR or related major

Skills

  • Demonstrated ability to work through complex business issues and identify required HR interventions.

  • Excellent interpersonal, influencing, communication (oral and written) and consulting skills are required. Ability to develop relationships and influence at all levels within the organization is required.

  • Demonstrated facilitation and presentation skills.

  • Ability to set priorities and manage a variety of tasks.

  • High proficiency in problem resolution skills and customer service skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English) – credible at top management level and with both technical and non-technical audiences

  • Ability to establish effective working relationships with the business and technical communities

  • Effective organization and time management skills, with ability to work under pressure and adhere to project deadlines

  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills and the ability to communicate with the global business teams and IT

  • Team work

  • “Can-do” attitude to drive results

  • Excellent skill in MS Office – Workday, Word, Excel, Powerpoint (MS Project/ Visio preferred)
