Role Summary:
Responsible for 3D modelling, Design and Detailing, GAD, BOM preparation of linear, rotary control valve product lines.
Job Requirements and Competencies
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, procedures, international codes and standards or governmental regulations.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from both internal and external customers.
Ability to define problems, collects data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
Proficient in mechanical engineering core subjects, Computer-aided-drafting. Geometric dimensioning and tolerancing. (GD&T)
Communicate professionally and with accepted business etiquette, work well with people in other departments and with customers.
Creative thinker, vibrant and good team player.
Knowledge and hands on experience in Industrial Valve design. Linear or Rotary Control valves.
Knowledge in CAD/CAE Packages SolidWorks
Knowledge in ASME, API, ISO Standards, and procedures.
Hands on experience in GA Drawing Preparation, BOM Preparation with Oracle / SAP or any other ERP is an added advantage.
Requirements:
Good Communication Skills.
BE/BTech in Mechanical/Production/Foundry/Mechatronics Engineering with Minimum 2Years or Diploma with minimum 4years of experience in valve industry is preferred.
We can consider other industries. if candidate has core mechanical 4+ years design / drafting experience.
