Description
Business Analyst on the SPDE Analytics Team is responsible for supporting the Contact Elimination program in their product launches, measuring initiatives implemented for Contact Elimination and instrumental in reporting on these initiatives.
Key job responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
(1.) Measure initiatives for contact elimination through A/B testing or non-causal analysis methods.
(2.) Utilize advanced SQL skills for business decision support analysis.
(3.) Create effective visualizations and dashboards that tell a compelling story and provide recommendations for new business initiatives.
(4.) Conduct driver analysis and develop time series models to forecast trends in metrics.
(5.) Identify, develop, manage, and execute analyses to uncover opportunities and provide written recommendations.
(6.) Communicate data clearly and concisely, adjusting your style for different audiences to address complex finance issues effectively. Your communication influences critical business decisions.
(7.) Become an expert in your field to promote work-life balance. Be a positive, collaborative influencer to new team members, exemplifying operational excellence and efficiency.
A day in the life
You will spend a lot of time in brainstorming meetings, consulting and writing SQL code.

Our mission is to precisely identify and validate contacts elimination using reliable scalable tools, avoiding manual, one-time processes for various Root Cause initiatives.

Basic Qualifications
3+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
5+ years of Excel (including VBA, pivot tables, array functions, power pivots, etc.) and data visualization tools such as Tableau experience
Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights
Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders
Experience with Excel
3+ years of business analyst, data analyst or similar role experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
