We work with a strongly integrated system and a highly automated purchasing process. Our customers receive state-of-the-art, easy-to-use Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) services. We deliver maximum value to the business by driving P2P optimization and digitalization using our entrepreneurial approach, and we support our customers’ current and future business requirements with the help of our high level of process and automation competency.

You’ll make a difference by:

· Ensure payments are processed promptly and accurately using established procedures.

· Manage customer accounts, including updating payment information and resolving payment-related inquiries and disputes.

· Ensure compliance with payment policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

· Analyze payment trends and identify areas for improvement in payment processes.

· Maintain a stimulating work environment to motivate staff performance and facilitate employee retention.

· Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service.

· Prepare and submit financial reports related to payment processing activities.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address payment-related issues and improve payment workflows.

· Identify the training needs, Develop the training, calendar for cross-training and skill development of employees after they have completed the initial new hire training process.

· Perform other duties as assigned related to payment processing and customer account.

· Participate in all customer meetings to review open transactions, metrics and open issues. Other responsibilities and job content as later identified by the Department Manager.

Your success is grounded in:

· 6yrs -7 years of experience exclusively in payment process is required. P2P, Accounts Payable, Procurement experiences will be an added advantage.

· Lean, Six Sigma, Transformation, Process Improvement Projects or Enhancements will be an added advantage.

· People management experience is mandatory.

· Diversity Candidates are preferred.

· Knowledge of payment systems, processes, and industry best practices.

· Proficiency in MS Office packages like Word,Excel,Powerpoint, Access.

· Excellent Verbal and written Communication skills.

· Proficiency in ERP like SAP, Service Now.

· Understanding of various Quality Methodologies.
